Lessons in the Thick of It

To truly declare that you've learned a lesson implies that there was an opportunity of growth, wouldn't you agree?

This opportunity could be something so simple as knowing not to touch a hot stove or it could be something difficult, like how to trust your instincts. But at what point can you really DECREE that a lesson was truly learned, unless you have relived it and relived it, again and again until you've had no other choice but to learn, grow and move forward?

Ever wonder why it seems life continues to spiral, repeating itself? Could it be that there's something to gain that's gone unnoticed?

As a mom, I can recall repeating myself over and over to my children, to ensure they "get it". I used to joke and say I was a broken record but it worked; the repetition stuck and they understood. They got the lesson. From then on, there was no need for a re-do. The lesson was learned.

Consider this throughout your day, has there been anything -on repeat- in your life? Is there something worth learning today that will enhance tomorrow?

Look for your opportunities of growth!

Stay positive friends. ❤❤❤
